Gorjess Hair and More

If you are running behind for the scheduled service there will be a 10 min. grace period before service is canceled and 50% of that service will be charged 

If you do not contact me for cancellation of service and do not show, services will be charged 50% and you will not be able to book with Gorjess Hair and More in the future. 

Its my duty to keep all clients hair healthy no matter what service is being done. Treatments, chemical services, and other enhancements to hair must be discussed with me before it's added to service. Please contact me if you are interested in treatment or chemical services so consultation can be booked.

Its my duty to stay on time with all client services. In order for me to do so, wigs  or laces must be ready for install. Please drop off any laces or wigs on Mondays no later than 5pm. If failure to do so services will be canceled. 

If deposit is not paid whether booked through me personally or on the website your appointment is not secure. If deposit isn't made services can be taken by other clients. Deposit helps protect me and my business from clients who do not value my time. No deposit, No service.

If interested in any color service you must contact me first before booking! If any extensions are getting colored and has been accepted for me to do so, hair must be dropped off the week before ur appointment on a Monday please. Failure to do so will result in me denying color Services.
